fradulent transfers prior to filing bankruptcy.
Transferring property
that you own free and clear to a relative or friend before
filing bankruptcy may not have the results you intend. Instead
the property may get sold during the bankruptcy. You
may be able to avoid this scenario and protect the asset with an

house, but the lender still has a valid lien against the
property.
